The Pony Express 2010 is the first motorized cylinder delivery cart of its kind, built by Electro Kinetic Technologies to take the strain out of moving large gas cylinders. It carries a single liquid gas cylinder, often called a dewar, or up to four K size high pressure cylinders, and its powered drive does the pushing, pulling and turning that causes so many musculoskeletal injuries in gas handling work.
An ultra quiet drive system and large elastomer tread wheels move cylinders smoothly over thresholds, impediments and inclines. The motor wheel is linked directly to the tiller, which gives the cart a tight turning radius for crowded storerooms, hospital corridors and lab aisles. Despite the motorized platform, the footprint stays close to an equivalent manual cart, so it fits everywhere the old cart did.
Safety is engineered in at every level. Regenerative dynamic braking brings the cart to a controlled stop at any speed, an automatic brake prevents rollback on ramps, and a horn and emergency stop button sit at the operator station. The award winning ergonomic controller is IP 54 rated against dust and splashing water, and an automatic sleep mode conserves the battery between deliveries. The on board UL and CSA listed smart charger runs on any 100 to 240 VAC outlet, and a charge covers up to 10 miles of operation.
Hospitals use the 2010 to deliver oxygen and medical gases, labs and fill plants move acetylene, nitrogen and specialty gases, and manufacturers run it wherever heavy cylinders travel. Like every Pony Express cart it is designed and manufactured in the USA with a welded, powder coat painted frame and a 2 year warranty on the frame and drive system.

The variable speed drive runs from 0 to 3 mph. Walking pace control keeps a loaded cylinder steady through tight hallways, and regenerative dynamic braking ensures a controlled stop at any speed.
The cart covers up to 10 miles of operation between charges. The on board UL and CSA listed smart charger accepts 100 to 240 VAC, so it tops off from any standard outlet, and automatic sleep mode conserves power between deliveries.
The MGC carts carry large racks of small format cylinders in M7, M9, C, D or E sizes, up to 48 at a time. The 2010 is built for the big cylinders those racks cannot take, a single liquid dewar or up to four K size cylinders, on a compact upright cart that steers through tight spaces.

Material handling equipment like the 2010 does not meet the medical device rules that Medicare and Medicaid use, so it does not qualify for coverage. We do not work with Medicare and we do not bill private insurance directly.

Each cart ships by freight carrier on a skid from the EK Tech factory in Wisconsin. Once your order is confirmed we give you the current factory lead time with your quote, and transit typically adds three to seven business days depending on your distance. We coordinate dock delivery or liftgate service with you when the build is scheduled.
Yes. As soon as your cart ships we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your dock.
The Pony Express 2010 comes with a 2 year warranty on the frame and drive system. It does not cover service or transportation costs, normal wear items, damage from misuse, unauthorized work or modifications, or outdoor storage. Shipping damage and incidental damages are also not covered. The warranty is valid for the original buyer with a sales receipt, and any warranty changes need approval from Electro Kinetic Technologies, LLC.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy. I bought a mobility scooter for my upcoming vacation. I needed something to take me over grass.
